It’s very simple!
Within our online community of members, we connect willing hosts and enthusiastic travelers through these easy steps:

Interested birders become members and create a personal profile. (In this profile—which becomes part of the website’s “Listings”—members share information about their own accommodations and willingness to host).

Traveling birders review the listings in the areas they wish to visit and simply click on “Contact this Member” when they find a location they’d like to visit! (This creates an email in which the traveling birder should include information about dates/duration of their requested stay, group size, or other specific questions.)

Hosts receive and respond to the email, and the traveler and host correspond at their convenience to further arrange their stay!
